next business day. Our normal shipping method is by UPS.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by
the dollar amount of your order (calculated before taxes). All orders are subject to

or damage during shipment.
International Orders
We will quote you on the shipping and handling
charge for your order.
Step 1: Place an order, including information
on the best way for us to contact you. We prefer (order of preference):
- Email
- Fax
- Telephone
- Postal mail
Step 2: We will assemble your order and determine
the shipping options, costs and the estimated delivery time.
Step 3: We will contact you by the method you
prefer as indicated in Step 1. After receiving your confirmation of the method of shipment,
we will ship your order. After receiving your confirmation, we normally process and ship
international orders by the next business day.
Important: We normally ship all
international orders by the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer both regular air
mail delivery (non-trackable) and trackable air mail delivery options. Both the regular
and trackable air mail delivery options include insurance against loss or damage during
shipment.
Customs: You may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are applied when the shipment reaches your country, and
are usually paid when your package is delivered. Customs clearance charges are the sole
responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office
for further information.
